ABOUT DR. NICK
Dr. Nick Thompson is a seasoned vet advocating for raw food diets for pets for over 25 years. He founded the International Raw Feeding Veterinary Society and has organized raw food conferences globally since 2014. Based near Bath, he runs Holisticvet, offering natural treatments like homeopathy and herbal medicine, with a focus on gastroenterology and nutrition.
Dr. Nick is a fully trained vet with over 20 years of experience. He has also trained in homeopathy, acupuncture, natural nutrition, and veterinary herbal medicine. He combines both âcomplementaryâ and conventional approaches, along with a large dose of old-fashioned common sense, to get to the root of whatâs wrong with your animal and fix it.
Dr. Nick has a special interest in immunology, internal medicine in all species, and Autism spectrum behavior in dogs and horses. Working closely with conventional colleagues in the veterinary world, Dr. Nick and his teamâalong with the patient and ownerâmake a hardworking, committed team focused on improving health and behavior for the better.
